This website is operated by JuicedPharma. References to "we" and "us" mean the operator.

You must be at least 18 years old. Products are sold only for in-vitro and laboratory research. You agree not to use, or permit anyone to use, any product for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis or treatment. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these terms would be breached.

An order request is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm payment and accept the order. Prices are in euros and include no taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing or stock errors before acceptance.

Payment is made by cryptocurrency on this website, or through a secure payment link we send for card and bank payments. Crypto quotes are locked for a limited time. Amounts received after expiry or on the wrong network may be refunded less network fees or may be unrecoverable.

We dispatch within 48 hours of confirmed payment to addresses within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for any import rules, duties or restrictions that apply at the destination.

Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Because of the nature of the materials we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law are not affected.

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from use of products or information contrary to these terms or our Disclaimer. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
