1. Add products to your cart and place an order request. Our server confirms prices and stock.
2. Choose how to pay. Crypto (Bitcoin or USDT on TRC-20) is paid directly on the website. For card or bank transfer, a representative sends you a secure payment link.
3. Once payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched within 48 hours and a tracking number is emailed.

• Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT on the TRON TRC-20 network). A live exchange rate is locked for 15 minutes and you pay straight from your wallet.
• Credit or debit card, and bank transfer. Message us on Telegram with your order reference and we reply with a secure payment link.

We never ask for card numbers or bank logins on this website or in chat. Payment is made only on the payment page we send you.

• Standard shipping is €9.99. Orders over €250 ship free.
• Typical delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
• Discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items are packed accordingly.

We ship within the European Union only. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and customs.

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Because these are sensitive laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised items unless they arrive damaged.
